13. Referral Program Terms and Conditions

  • Participation is limited to individuals who have enrolled in a Kaarwan course or workshop.
  • Referrals must register using your unique referral link.
  • Cashback will be credited within 30 working days after completion of 100% payment by referral .
  • You may only refer individuals who have not previously enrolled in any Kaarwan course.
  • Kaarwan reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify participants violating these terms.
  • The Program may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time without notice.
  • Kaarwan is not liable for technical issues or delays in crediting cashback.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thane, Maharashtra, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thane, Maharashtra.

Kaarwan takes your privacy and data protection seriously. We work hard to make sure our use of personal data is transparent and to make your rights and choices easy to understand. Hence, we wrote this Privacy Policy to help you understand what information we collect, how we use it and what choices you have about it. Because we are a technology-based platform.
